About Gaby

Gaby is a photographer, mum, and deeply sensitive human living in East Devon with her partner and three boys. Her best time is spent somewhere near, or ideally, in the sea, and sharing time, food, coffee and lots of conversation, with her closest people.

She has a gift for noticing beauty, in her days as well as in her work, and finds it most frequently, and easily, in people; in their connections and conversations, their depth and imperfections, and of course, in their love.

Her work is primarily focused on family and motherhood, where she looks for beauty in the quiet details of people’s lives and the unique truths that echo through their homes and days. Her photos celebrate those often overlooked moments of simple joy in normal life, while holding and acknowledging the complexity too.

'“It’s like sifting. Gently sifting through the chaos, the mundanity, the noise, to allow the moments that resonate to rise to the surface.

The ones that feel most like truth.

The ones that feel most like connection.”

I want them to look back at the photos a year or lifetime from now and for them to say ‘yes’ inside. Because the photo feels the way the moment did and allows them to see something essential about themselves in that time. I know that to do this it needs to be way more than a beautiful photo, it needs to be a truthful one too. These are the photos will stand the test of time.’
