Wedding Photography - Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are here to protect both of us and to help everything run smoothly. If anything feels unclear, please ask — I’m always happy to talk things through.
Packages, Coverage & Pricing
Photography coverage and products are provided according to the package selected at the time of booking, as outlined in your booking form.
Each package includes:
Photography coverage for the agreed number of hours
A curated selection of fully edited, high-resolution images
A small set of loose fine art prints on bamboo paper, with upgrade options available.
Package details, pricing, coverage length and included products may vary and are confirmed at the time of booking. These details form part of this Contract.
Additional Coverage & Extras
If you’d like to add extra coverage on the day, this may be possible subject to availability and energy levels on the day. Additional hours are charged at the hourly rate stated in your booking agreement.
Any additional images, albums, prints or upgrades can be ordered through your online gallery and must be paid for at the time of ordering.
No images or products will be released until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
Payments
Your booking is secured once this contract is signed and the booking fee of £200 has been paid.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All pricing, payment amounts and due dates are confirmed via booking agreement and invoice.
Payment plans are available by arrangement — just ask, and we’ll find something that works.
Late payments may incur a small administration fee, and delivery of images or products may be paused until payment is complete.
Printed Products
Each photography package includes one printed product, outlined in your agreement. If a specific product, material or size becomes unavailable, a suitable alternative of similar quality will be offered. My choice of replacement will be reasonable and in keeping with the original product style.If you choose to decline a replacement and request an alternative product, any additional costs may be charged.
Artistic Approach
Photography is subjective and creative by nature. You are booking me for my style, way of seeing, and approach, and I retain artistic control over how your day is documented and edited.
While I’ll always do my best to honour your wishes and priorities, specific images, moments or poses can’t be guaranteed — especially where timing, light, weather, venues or guest cooperation are outside my control.
Second photographer
A second photographer working with me will be someone who’s approach, style and presence on the day fits with my own. All final edits and deliveries will be be made by me.
Gallery Delivery
Your final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 6 weeks of your wedding date.
I take great care in editing and curating your images in a way that reflects the feel of your day and my style. Additional retouching beyond my usual process can be requested and is charged at an hourly rate of £50 per hour.
Model Release
Unless you let me know otherwise in writing, you give permission for images from your wedding to be used for my portfolio, website, social media, sample albums and related promotional use within the wedding industry.
Once you’ve seen your gallery, if there any specific images you’d like to remain private you can let me know. If you’d prefer your images not to be shared publicly, that’s absolutely fine. This won’t affect the service you receive in any way.
